Tuesday, February 4 We pray for the church in Malawi and all its members. May they find strength and comfort in God’s presence and may their joy in the Gospel bring hope through their ministries of compassion, development, health and education.

Sunday, February 2 (PWS&D Sunday) We pray for PWS&D programs and partners in development and relief that are supporting marginalized communities and enabling abundant life.

Tuesday, January 28 We give thanks for the generous donors and dedicated volunteers of food banks and pantries whose efforts have made a significant impact in the fight against poverty and hunger.

Monday, January 27 We pray for God’s continued blessings on the Atlantic Mission Society.

Friday, January 24 We pray for the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing of the eight directors of PCC Indigenous ministries, and for the communities they work so hard to take care of.

Thursday, January 23 We pray for interim moderators and search committees as they work to assist congregations in calling a new minister.

 

Tuesday, January 21 We pray for courage and clear vision for those discerning calls to embark on new and faithful journeys.

Saturday, January 18 (World Week of Prayer for Christian Unity) We pray for the members and work of the Ecumenical and Interfaith Relations Committee.

Sunday, January 12 (Baptism of the Lord) Let us remember our baptism and pray that we will live in ways that fulfil the promises made on our behalf, and may we boldly confess Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour.

Saturday, January 11 We pray for the dedicated researchers, scholars and historians who participate in the Canadian Society of Presbyterian History, and pray that their annual meeting was successful and educational.
